This unit won't disappoint, built in late 2022 everything is new and ready to have you stay. Full Kitchen, private terrace adjacent to the pool area you will always think you are in Paradise. Grace Bay Beach is 15 mins away by car or you can go on a short 2 min walk to a private beach spot. Relax and unwind by the pool or on your terrasse at the end of a magical day on our Island Paradise.

Three Stars not Five

We booked this based on good reviews, and while it was pleasant, some details would have been good to help us decide or be prepared for what to expect. In my opinion, this is not a five-star property. It is 3 Stars (adequate) not luxury or stunning. Pros Hot water plentiful. Pool was small but clean and pleasant. Bed was okay. Could use more pillows. Coffeemaker and electric kettle good. Refrigerator good size for a week/2 people. Cooler & umbrella/chairs towels for use (3 chairs; 1 broken). Responsive property manager & nice people on property. Drying rack outside helpful. Adorable friendly dog on site. Hidden Beach 2 miles away great. Parking good. Directions excellent ~ Maps can’t find it. A/C worked in bedroom. Cons Not above-average, more “value” property. No real privacy in the bathroom. 20+ mosquitos inside! “Expense spared” ~ not luxury feel of a 5-star property. Things installed cattywampus & diy-looking. A/C unit good but restrictions on use. Use “too much” ~ upcharge of $250. Front door lock glitched, frustrating. Sliding glass door in back not installed properly; won’t lock. Microwave felt dangerous to use/tipping down on shelf. Lack of selection of plates/bowls. Too much décor ~ more space needed for people’s things. Need wall hooks for clothes, towels, etc. Full mirror would help to see where to apply sunscreen, etc. Pool needs shaded area & more seating for multiple renters. Snorkel gear gone one day w no communication! Fine but wouldn’t stay again.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time staying in this very clean and cozy pool house. The yard is kept beautiful with lush green trees and pretty flowers. Everything was great. Eric was so kind and helpful. The area is really quiet and beautiful. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

R&R in Turtle Tail

A very exclusive part of the island we arrived overworked and exhausted into peace and beauty. This home was perfect, had everything we needed plus some things we did not know we needed. So serene and well manicured the place is brand new and it shows! Close to grocery and because we rented a car; entertainment was all within 15mins a way. The area was so scenic and the property is gorgeous and well worth every moment spent. 10 stars!
