Great communication/working class neighborhood/lots of food trucks near by to eat/interesting twist

So we were down for a 8 day college baseball trip for our son. The first two was in Davenport which is a few miles from Haines City. Davenport is a bit more ritzy than Haines City but comes with more traffic so less traffic was nice. Haines City and this property is located in a diverse neighborhood of working class folk that were very pleasant. One other nice thing with the location is us 3 are foodies. My son had a curfew and we were able to find countless food trucks, places in Kissimmee etc were close to eat and get back in time. Communication: Of all the VRBO’s we have stayed (maybe 15+), this communication had to be the quickest. Property manager almost was sitting next to me as I asked the question..bravo. The Property: Good space, clean. Things that didn’t quite appeal to us: The living room was a bit dark. Could use a lamp or 2 more. We have lots of windows in our house/sitting rooms so it could be preference. Water pressure: Shower pressure is on the lower side. It didn’t bother me but my wife. Small thing but I heard about it frequently;) Interesting twist: So this is the 1st VRBO that we couldn’t put toilet paper down the toilet. Not sure if it’s because of the water pressure but it was a big negative to the property. It may seem like a small thing but kinda nasty really. I don’t remember any reviews that mentioned this? Instant 1 start drop. I feel a need to list it here. Overall 3.5 stars. Nice people to deal with.

Review

Neighborhood quite, seemed safe. House was very cute, nicely furnished. Dishwasher front and refrigerator front and handle needed serious attention. Mirrors in master bath had only been cleaned in center. Spatters were all over the bottom of the mirrors from past guest. First vacation rental we've stayed in that had no dish detergent, 1 Dishwasher pod for 3 nights, no dish cloths to wash dishes, no paper towels,no extra kitchen trash bags ( just one in the can), 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper for 4 people for 3 nights. ( 1 person was last minute add on), no laundry detergent ( not all rentals supply). And signs in both bathrooms saying do not flush toilet paper, put in trash can. Nasty!
