This incredible villa, LQ144, located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta features a premium location at the front of the community next to the main pool. The ground level, originally done, home is your perfect getaway retreat. Featuring a fully-furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom, oasis retreat offering a unique lock-off feature that provides three private entrances to bedroom suites with doors within the villa connecting all three suites. The chef's kitchen with a dining table for 6 and spacious family room are perfect for relaxing. Each bedroom has its own TV and offers a total of 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The owner has added a new Flat Screen TV in the living room for your enjoyment. This villa is just around the corner from the 2 community BBQ's for your enjoyment. This unit doesn't have a bbq on the private back patio. The community features 9 gorgeous salt-water pools and spas, the state-of-the-art fitness facility, the clubhouse with lounge, meeting rooms, and outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, a large resort style pool area with beach entry and private cabanas and Legacy Grill. This is a 24/7 guard gated community.

La Quinta City noise ordinance states there is to be no sound amplification permitted outside, and outdoor voices must be kept to a reasonable level or you are at risk of being fined. Nice location but...

Beautiful community, great area in La Quinta, nice location by adult pool/hot tub, excellent service by property managers...BUT...this property is in severe need of updated decor and supplies (linens, towels, kitchen equipment) at this price point.

Please note that in the downstairs unit which we rented for 5 nights, the following items were missing: toilet bowl cleaning brushes in all 3 bathrooms, broom and dustpan, the vacuum cleaner was there but spit out lots of dust when we tried using it and was not working properly. Please note that as we had our family visiting and washing, there may be a beach towel or two and a few white bath towels that were either brought downstairs or upstairs during our stay.

The villa was clean and well-maintained and in a great location with a pool and hot tub right outside the unit. Everything was in good, working order. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed for a one-week stay. Parking was easy right out front. The climate system was a little difficult to control, it would get really cold and really hot, but nice to have air conditioning on hot days. Would highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had the perfect floorplan for our stay and was well stocked. Location was near adult pool, but, access was not as convenient as other locations. However, internet connection is awful and was a challenge for working from home and we were given the wrong connection information, written several times. TV remote was the wrong one displayed in directions and we never totally figured it out. A/C unit blows loudly and strongly in separated master, front door handle was broken, toilet stopped up on last day and they could use some furniture off master patio. Every time we called management, they were extremely responsive. Grounds are beautiful, but, unit could use a thorough going through to make sure it is "tight" and I suggest updating the instruction manual.
