Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were beautiful. However, I was very disillusioned with having insects, roaches, running around on top of the counter. Also the silverware drawer and garbage cupboard were dirty. It made my skin crawl. The tops of the furniture were barely dusted, the table top in the kitchen had dried milk on it. I just felt like I was dirty the whole time I was there. So so disappointed. The lock on the door had to be jimmied in order to use it. Now I will grant you, that the Exterminator was contacted and came out promptly. Also before the end of our stay, the lock was replaced on the door. I very much appreciated this however I’m sorry I had to complain about things in order to get things taken care of. I doubt they would ever stay here again or would ever recommend the Seagate to anyone. When I am paying what I believe is top dollar for a unit, I am expecting to have things to be clean and bug free. Thank you

Reviewer Comments: great weather.our owners are awesome.Attentive and our unit was extremely clean and furnished beautifully.pool area and bbq area needs updating and this summer the work is to be done to bring the property to the standards that vacationers spending this much for a rental deserve.Looking forward to our return to one of the nicest buildings along this waterfront.
