Located on the 4th floor, everything in the condo has been renovated: bathrooms, kitchen, tile, windows and sliders, A/C unit, ceiling, water heater... and of course all furniture and appliances are brand new! We supply everything that make your stay enjoyable, full kitchen utensils, wine cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys!

Enjoy your dream beach vacation in this Upscale open floor design 3 BEDROOM / 2 BATH located on the white sands beach.....sleeps 8 persons.

Beautifully furnished in All NEW… modern coastal décor.

Wake up to a stunning view of the gulf and soothing ocean sounds from the master bedroom…. and in the evening, catch a magnificent sunset from the private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Kitchen features new modern white cabinets, Marble counter top, stainless appliances, and a bar with wine & beer cooler. The open floor plan of Kitchen, dining room and living room provides a comfortable space for family or entertaining, it has all new ceiling fans and new floor Porcelain tiles throughout. The living room has a fabulous view of the gulf, a new 60-inch wall mounted TV and a modern leather Sofa…. The master bedroom includes a king size bed overlooking the gulf with a Fully Renovated master bath with walk-in shower, the second room has 2 queen beds that sleeps up to 4 persons, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second completely renovated bathroom with bathtub. Additional amenities include: A flat screen TV in each room, an Interior Laundry room with new washer & dryer, Pack N Play for toddlers ...two assigned parking spaces ..... Internet and Cable are included.

Enjoy the heated pool overlooking the beach, and enjoy a sip of your drink as you watch the sun slowly sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.

The building facilities include: Heated Swimming pool, Elevator, covered parking, outdoor grill and picnic tables, Beach Volley Ball.
Note: we provide the following:
Towels & Linen for 8 persons
8 beach towels, 5 chairs, 4 beach mats, 2 beach umbrellas and lots of beach toys ( frisbee, balls, sand toys...) in addition to Pack N Play.

NO PETS ALLOWED (of any kind including service dogs)

NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo!

NO EVENTS allowed in the Condo! Only 8 persons are allowed inside the condo at all time!

Clean and well prepped for vacationers! Very impressed with the condo. However, there was a terrible amount of construction in the area including beach preservation project with constant movement of heavy equipment back and forth the beach area, also creating mucky water. Wish we had known ahead of time.

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities. Beach was perfect swimming with lots of fish 🐠 swimming nearby. Saw dolphins most every day and gorgeous sunsets.

Thanksgiving At The Beach

Really amazing week. Super clean and updated property. Loved the location. We enjoyed the balcony most of all. It's the BEST view and has the best space and seating for everyone. The outdoor showers to wash off and the pool/ bathrooms are not working yet. We loved our stay.

First experience in a VRBO and it was wonderful. Location was great, property was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Sunsets are amazing! Check in and out was easy. Hosts did a great job communicating information for the condo, providing info on the area, etc

The condo is amazing. My wife is a cleanliness nut and she loved it. You are right on the beach with gorgeous views of the sunset every night. We have already booked it for next year and can’t wait to get back.

From the beautiful decor to the amazing view, this condo is stunning! It was super clean and the hosts responded quickly when we needed a drain cleaned out. They could not have been nicer. We would rent this condo again!

Excellent Condo

We have been coming to this area for the past 15 years and have stayed at Seagate several times. This condo is very nice, very clean and the owners are excellent at communication (even while out of the country on vacation). Would highly recommend.

This was our second stay in this condo. Absolutely love everything about it! Our only add would be some reclining furniture. Wouldn’t stop us from renting but would add an additional touch.

Grateful Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful spa like vacation in this condo unit. Recently renovated with beautiful, tranquil decor. The furniture and beds were wonderful for relaxing and a good night sleep! This top notch rental was perfect for us. We were so grateful for all the extra amenities provided to make our stay that much more homey! We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and delighted in the evening sunset over the ocean. RECOMMEND!

Beautiful Condo; Great Location

The property is absolutely beautiful - and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Everything you could possibly need was provided. We enjoyed the beautiful beach as well as the heated pool everyday. Watching the sunsets every evening from the balcony became our nightly routine. Property is close to fabulous restaurants and using the Trolley to go up and down Gulf Blvd was very convenient. The hosts were very gracious during our stay. Would definitely stay again at this property.
