Nestled on Belleair Beach, minutes away from TD Stadium and BayCare Ballpark, this 1700 square foot home comfortably accommodates 6 guests, including children. The 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms are sure to please any discerning guest. There is assigned parking behind the house.

Each floor boasts its own spacious balcony providing commanding views of the beach, the sea, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs on either balcony or rest in a rocking chair while scanning the water for dolphins. In the late afternoon see the sun sink into the water and watch for the "green flash." Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the seagulls and soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore.

Conveniently located, this family friendly private home is just 10 minutes from bustling downtown Clearwater, but there are no crowds, no boom boxes or motor sports at this private beach - just blissful serenity. The property has central cooling/heating and overhead fans provide constant airflow. Each bedroom and the living room has its own "smart" TV and unlimited 5G internet access is provided at no extra charge. NOTE: Interested parties must provide the names, ages and usual home town of each guest when sending a booking request and agree to our house rules & regs.

Main Floor:
One flight up, this level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. This level also houses a large kitchen with a full-size ice-making fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cook-ware, bake-ware, dishes, glasses, bar-ware, cutlery and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help get you caffeinated in the morning. We supply dishwashing pods and other cleaning products to help make clean up a breeze. The tucked away Queen size bedroom with its adjacent full-size bathroom is also located on this level.

Second Floor:
The Twin bedroom and Master bedroom are on this level. The cozy Twin bedroom has twin beds and its own adjacent bathroom with a tub and shower. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and two seating areas perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. You’ll find a soaking tub, a glass enclosed shower and a double vanity in the en-suite bathroom. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The energy efficient washer/dryer is on this story as well (laundry pods and dryer sheets provided). (NOTE: Your cleaning fee DOES NOT include laundry service).

Shaded Deck:
The PRIVATE shaded deck below the house is directly on the sand and footsteps away from the water. YOU DO NOT SHARE THIS DECK WITH ANYONE ELSE! Dimmable lighting lets you enjoy this area after sundown and with an outdoor shower, you can rinse off before heading back indoors.
