The Space:
We are family friendly hosts. The space is perfect for 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, including infants.
Built by a merchant marine captain using wood salvaged from the real Queen Mary luxury ocean liner! This beautiful oceanfront beach bungalow merges architectural beauty with historic nautical artifacts and modern amenities/design. Total space is roughly 1,450 square feet. Newly renovated in 2018. This beach house is something you don t want to miss out on!!The house has everything one could ever want - perfectly clean, a magnificent deck, beautifully furnished, and an amazing ocean view.

Convenient and Enjoyable Beach house

A perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just a few steps away from the beach to swim or go for a walk, and has an outdoor seating area where you can relax and watch the sunset. The house is very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and the owner was great with communication. Enjoyed our time there with friends and the convenience to restaurants and things to do.

Great stay

The house is super cute but small. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are very small but enough for just using it to sleep. Upstairs master is spacious. If we weren’t at the beach, the back patio is where we spent most of our time. There were plenty of towels, beach towels and extra linen. The owner responded to all questions and requests remarkably fast

Comfort snd convenience

This is the perfect spot for a family or friend vacation. It’s just steps away from the beach and has an outdoor seating area you can watch the sunset from. The beds were really comfortable and had everything you can think of. The property manager was great with communication and was very welcoming.

Perfect Getaway

We needed a few days to getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as advertised. It was close enough to Uber to Clearwater for food and entertainment but far enough away that the beach was not crowded.

Perfect Family Vacation

Right off the bat, communication with the owner was amazing. Even during the hurricane, we received updates about the property. They made sure we knew how to check in, checked on us during the first night, and followed up again before check out. The property is so nice, relaxing, and has everything you may need! We didn't need to pack beach towels sunscreen, or even cotton balls. The walk to the beach was short, and the neighbors were all very friendly. This is a vacation spot we hope to revisit!

Our family wanted somewhere to spend a couple weeks together. This beach house fit our needs. We could walk or run on the sidewalks and beach.

Almost perfect

We really had a nice time. We could not tell by the pictures we did not have access to the area right between the beach and the house, including the adirondacks shown in the pictures. Also, the bedroom doors do not close all the way downstairs. Luckily we were family and dealt with the lack of privacy. All in all, a nice time.

Great spot!

We had such a nice time at Belleair Beach. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. The beach was literally steps away and there are delicious restaurants a short drive away. We would love to come back!

Great location!

We loved this beach house. There was plenty of room for our family and the house is right on the beach. The beach area is also less congested than some of the other areas and makes it easy to lay out on the beach and be able to go back to the house for the bathroom and snacks. The property owner/manager was great with check in and check out communication. We will definitely be back!

Such a great gem of a beach home!

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful property! Everything was clean and welcoming and perfectly decorated for a beach home, our kids were enamored with all the decorations. Loved the location with small kids it was so nice to be so close to the beach and be able to walk back for naps and be able to walk back for anything needed. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We had the best vacation and would stay here again!

Beautiful Beach House

Trip was for my 50th Bday and my sons 21st. It was us and both of our best friends. House was amazing! Even more beautiful in person. Just a few steps on your on the beach. Sitting out on the back patio, listening to the sound of the waves was priceless and so relaxing. We felt right at home. George goes above and beyond making sure you have an amazing experience. Everything you need is there. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Winter Beach Trip

The cottage was very welcoming. Easy check in and check out. The location of the cottage was just a few steps to the beach. Location was central to everything. Great restuarants and small shops. George the owner was easy to communitcate with and quick to respond. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Cutest beach house in ideal location

Owners were great in responding to any questions we had. House was in the perfect location for a family of 4 who wanted a less crowded and relaxed beach experience, yet close enough to everything to stay busy if we chose to. The house was decorated and organized extremely well. My family felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Beach getaway

Had an amazing time with 3 friends in Belleair Beach! The property couldn’t have been nicer! Very well appointed and we had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owner. Beach was right out the door - very private and miles to walk on. Definitely plan on returning!!!!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at George & Susi’s beach house! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s the cutest, cleanest, most well-stocked place - just steps from the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & bathrooms were supplied with all the necessities. Bellaire Beach is a perfect location - away from all the crowds on Clearwater Beach, but a quick drive over to that area for dining and shopping. We will definitely be back!!
