Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo with all the amenities we needed plus the beds were very comfortable. Unit had two great balconies with beautiful views of the Gulf and Intercoastal waterway and located right on beach. We enjoyed the pool and beach every day, our time there was delightful, highly recommend.

What a wonderful week we had with our family at this condo Beach is absolutely stunning and the condo had everything we needed Great sharing culture and we picked a few things that we left behind I would suggest the host provide more info about entrance to property and how the elevators work and stairs location (maybe too many blondes in our group?) but once we had that figured out it was a breeze to navigate we would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for everything Peter!

We’ve been coming to IRB for 30 years and this was one of the better stays in terms of location and access to the beach. I booked this condo because of the two balconies, one facing the intercostal waters and sunrise and the other facing the ocean and sunset. Definitely worth it right there! Overall the space was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids.

We had a great trip- beach has recovered well from the hurricane, and the area around the pool was nicely redone. We always love getting grouper from the local fish market and going to yellow banks grove for the tangerine ice cream.
