Beautiful third floor end unit directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with inter costal waterway views from the living room. This spacious updated three bedroom two bath condominium has a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen, and flooring through out.Beautiful new bathrooms.Large dining area that leads out to the roomy balcony from which you can enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Direct access to private beach and heated pool.

Located in quiet Indian Rocks Beach, West Coast Vista is a 15 unit Gulf Front building, has a private undecover parking space and offers additional visitor parking. There is elevator access that exits to your own private entry.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, walk in closet, and a sliding door that leads out to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed. There are five flat screenTV’s, 52 inch flat screen in living room, cable, internet and wifi access.

This beautiful condo is in a great location with many local restaurants and shopping nearby. A Trolley stops in front of the building and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete. Experience a vacation you will never forget, perfect accommodations, delicious food, great shopping and magnificent sunsets.

Relax and take a few steps to our private fishing dock/boat slip, while watching boats sail back to the marina. Can also be used for overnight docking with your own boat, or rent one down the street for fantastic boating in the intercostals’ waterways or the Gulf of Mexico!

This location is ideal for the active vacationer and those that just want to kick back and relax. Bush Gardens is a short drive located in Tampa. Orlando theme parks are just a 1 ½ hour away. Clearwater Marine Aquarium home of “Winter “nearby. For the sports enthusiasts Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightening and the Ray’s are a close drive. The Phillies, Yankee’s and the Blue Jay’s spring training are right in our back yard. There is always something to do....

Come watch the dolphins play as you sip your morning coffee, relax on the beach, and then enjoy a glass of wine while watching the stunning sunset!!!!
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental in peak seasons. February, March, April, June and July.

We loved this condo and Leslie was great to deal with. Being between the beach and the inland waters made it a great location for beach/pool during the day and fishing on the inland waters dock in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion which might be personal preference would be better lighting. We found some extra light bulbs for the dining room which helped. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy walk to the beach, kitchen stocked well enough for what we needed and very organized. Beautiful sunset view and saw plenty of dolphins. Restaurants were walkable or a short drive. We didn’t go far the whole week! Great place to stay!

Everything was perfect: easy check in, very clean property, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, beach gear, etc. Loved the bonus of seeing the inter-coastal from the living area. The pool area had plenty of chairs though we spent most of our time on the beach. Location is great with many walkable restaurants. The host was fantastic. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property!

Our family of five adults stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute. The unit is well furnished, including the kitchen. It was clean when we arrived and everything functioned well for the duration. The location and beach were amazing.

Nice, but the photos were a little misleading

The property was nice, although we were a little disappointed that the loving area was at the back of the property and not overlooking the gulf. As such we didn’t spend much time in the living room, rather seated on the hard chairs in the dining room.

We loved our time in Leslie's condo! It is right on the beach, is a small and friendly community of people (combination of renters and owners), has spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and is a far bigger property than we expected. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indian Rocks Beach!

Great Condo & Location!

We have been visiting IRB for over 20 years and love staying in this condo association. The other guests are friendly, there is quick access to the ocean, a great pool on the beach and it's always fun to fish the intercoastal across the street. Leslie was a great communicator and the condo was clean, spacious, and had all we needed to cook and enjoy the outdoors for our week.

Great space for a family

This three bedroom condo right on the beach was exactly what we needed for our stay. Having a 13 month old baby traveling with us, we loved the pack-n-play and booster seat for our little one. The condo also had lots of family games. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Would recommend!

Grandkids Vacation

We have been taking our 5 older grandkids to the beach for the past five years. This is the very first time we have stayed here and we are hoping to stay here next year. The communication with the owner was great, very quick to respond to any questions that I had. The building itself ( not the condo ) shows some wear and tear but considering the weather at times in Florida it was not a deterrent for us. The pool although not huge it looks to be quite new and we watched it get cleaned every day. The owner had beach chairs, sand toys and a boogie board that our grandkids fought over to use. Our vacation was great!

Property was immaculately clean recently remodeled. Condo is very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony had a beautiful ocean view. Leslie was very accommodating and communicated well. The elevators were a little confusing to figure out when we first got there, but that’s not the owner’s issue. 10/10 - would stay there again!

Clean and comfortable condo

Absolutely loved this condo. It is extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn’t really like is that the outside table and chairs were extremely uncomfortable but there was nothing wrong with them and we would have liked an icemaker in the refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay and really loved the condo overall.

Awesome Vacation

This was our best stay ever in Florida! Leslie & Tom's place felt just like home to our family. Furnishings were exactly as described. We are very picky people when it comes to cleanliness and this condo was modern, well equipped and clean. There was an ample supply of linens and towels. And since the unit is on the top floor, the views were fantastic. Leslie & Tom were incredibly accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We recommend this place to all and will definitely without hesitation rebook again in the future!

Indian Rocks Beach Vacation

Our stay at Sunset Paradise was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The condo is beautiful, we especially loved the view from the dining table. The beds are comfy allowing each of us to sleep well each night. We spent plenty of relaxing time reading on the beach, and our 5 year old granddaughter loved the pool! This location is great because we could walk to our favorite IRB restaurants for dinner, and enjoy an evening stroll on the beach on the way back. Excellent location for a quieter beach vacay!

The condo units are directly on the beach, right outside your door! This was a must-have for our 2nd Annual Spring Break girls trip with our daughters! The building was easy to find for our many Uber drivers, and very nicely kept! The condo unit itself was absolutely perfect for our girls’ group, the pool was nice and warm when the Gulf sea wasn’t! Everything was there that we needed for our week in the sun!! Our hosts, Leslie and Tom were superb hosts, and responded promptly when we had questions! *The only things that could’ve been improved upon was 1. the trash cans in the pool area, as they were overstuffed full for a couple days before the can was dumped; 2. the wind blew strong for two days and inside the pool area a small sand dune formed and that was still there 4 days after it formed. These are not host complaint, though, just condo unit observations.

My Brother and I bought this condo in May. I live in Pa 610 -496-8202 and he lives in FL, we wanted a beachfront place where we could get together with our families more often. We all love the beach and this has given us more family time. The beautiful beach and amazing sunsets have been wonderful !!!
