Because of the unique location of this intimate 4-unit building, every room in the condo has a view of the water. Note: 1-week minimum stay, requires Saturday arrival in season.
There's plenty of space to spread out with 1600 square feet at your disposal. The well-stocked kitchen, with updated stainless steel appliances, has what you'll need to prepare anything from morning coffee and toast to a gourmet supper. The dining area seats 11 comfortably - 6 at the table and 5 more at the breakfast bar. The spacious balcony is wide enough to accommodate an additional table for 4.

Gulf Front - “Legend has it that Florida's beach community of Indian Rocks Beach reputedly got its name when a native medicine man miraculously healed his chief with the waters from a natural sulfur spring believed to have been located in Kolb Park across from Indian Rocks Beach City Hall. Early settlers seeing the Indians on their way to the rock encircled spring would say, "The Indians are on their way to the rocks".
Just a quick drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly three miles of beautiful beaches along the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. People come from all over the world to visit Indian Rocks Beach for the city's fine beaches and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The city has 27 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard. Also found within walking distance are many retail businesses and quaint popular restaurants such as “The Original” Crabby Bills, Keegan's Seafood, Guppy's on the Beach, and Slyce Pizza to name just a few.

The master bedroom features a new King-sized bed with a deluxe mattress and linens, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a separate water closet and twin vanities. A hairdryer and magnifying make-up mirror complete the master bath's amenities. The second bedroom sleeps 4 (the bottom is a Queen bed and the two upper beds are twin bunks), while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a deluxe mattress. Cable television is available in four areas -- the living room and all three bedrooms.
Access to the heated pool is straight out the balcony door and down the spiral staircase. Walk past the pool and you're on the beach! Beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys for the children are all provided. When a respite from the sun is desired, a Play Station 2 game system and a variety of family-friendly video games, books, and movies provide an alternate entertainment option to the beach. Wireless internet access and an in-unit washer and dryer complete the convenient features of this home-away-from-home.
