Perfect Beach Vacation Home!

Everything was perfect—the condo was well equipped, plenty of bath and beach towels for 8 people, beautifully decorated and clean. The owners even left a 21st birthday card for my son. We could not be more pleased with our stay! Top notch!

AMAZING!!! We absolutely loved our stay here this week The condo was so beautiful! It was the most well stocked place we've ever stayed over the years, from dishes, cooking supplies, coffee choices, to towels (both bath and beach), paper products, beach chairs and toys, the entire stay was great! The beds were all so comfortable and bathrooms were so nice! The pool was fantastic and clean, and the short walk to the gorgeous beach was so convenient. The view from the balcony was breathtaking every evening! We had the pleasure of meeting Elaine during our stay and she was so sweet and truly cares about her guests having a wonderful stay! We will absolutely return again!

Excellent Property

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful, as well as the property. Great location; restaurants within walking distance. The home was fully stocked and all kitchen equipment and supplies. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts are the best, very thoughtful and truly cared about our stay. They took great care of us! Highly recommend this condo and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful comfortable paradise

Well maintained condo with everything you need to enjoy a marvelous time at the beach. The owners have been very thoughtful about the extras- as simple as toilet paper and as significant as amazing quality beach chairs for everyone. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

Excellent stay!

Our stay in IRB was great! The property is perfectly situated. Beach, pool and restaurants all right outside your door. The house had all the beach stuff we needed. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the people on the beach and sunsets. I would recommend this property and when I come back to IRB I will be staying here.

Perfect Stay in IRB

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful vacation. The Apartment is georgous, the view is spectacular, the area is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The communication with the owner waa great and fast. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

This condo is everything the description says it is! The condo is equipped with anything and everything you would need to have a wonderful vacation, worry free! The condo has a wonderful view of the gulf and is quiet. Walking distance to several really good restaurants. I believe this was my fourth stay at Iron Horse and plan on staying again!

Lovely beachfront condo

My husband and two boys (ages 20,15) spent Christmas week at this beautiful beachfront condo. From the moment we entered the space, we were enveloped with all the comforts of home and so much more. It was clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a very well appointed kitchen- they even had a crockpot- a rare find in most rental properties. The nicest surprise of all was the Christmas tree in the living room decorated with white lights, starfish and sand dollars. We appreciated that so much! The balcony is spacious with a gorgeous view of the small pool and white sandy beach! Walking distance to restaurants and steps away from the beach! We will return again! Many thanks to Gaarie and Elaine who were gracious hosts!

Great place to spend your vacation

What a find! We have been renting summer beach accommodations for the last 15 years at different locations and this by far was the best we have been in so far. Clean, spacious, well equipped with all you may need (and more) and the best - the location. Away from the crowds in the North, with "private" beach 100 feet away from the balcony and swimming pool to chill out when get tired of it. The owners have provided all from towels (separate set for the beach), linen, beach chairs to toilet paper and soap. We had great communication with Susan, who answered all questions promptly and in details. Her feedback about the local restaurants and other places to visit was spot on. All of us wanted to stay longer and I think the consensus is that if we come again to Florida this is the place to be. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes comfort, relaxation and great views. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there.

Great location for a family vacation

This was our second stay at this condo. Perfect for a family. Gaarie and Elain are wonderful hosts. Their condo has everything you need. The full sized washer day dryer are a great bonus. Our kids loved the closet full of toys and all the board games in the family room. The storage room had beach toys, chairs, etc. However, the absolute favorites of our kids are the pool and the beach! There are so many geat places to visit in the immediate area. George C. McGough Nature Park and Florida Botanical Gardens are worthwhile stopping by and are free! This place is worth a Five Star overall rating.

After living in Tampa for 30 years, we decided to move to Indian Rocks beach 15 years ago. We live on the intracoastal waterway 10 blocks from this beautiful condo on Indian Rocks Beach. As boating and golf enthusiasts, we love this small beach community. We now have this wonderful second home for our family gatherings..

Why they chose this property

We would have never considered anywhere other than Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is one of only 4 units. We are within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and most anything else you may need.
I think we knew the moment we first walked into this home that this was exactly what we had been looking for. The living area is really large for this size unit because the master bedroom is in the front of the home. That opens the whole living and dining area to those large sliding glass doors exposing those beautiful views shown in the pictures.

What makes this property unique

Small 4 unit building with covered parking, beautiful heated pool and deck area, in a wonderful section of IRB, just steps away from one of the best beaches in Florida. Clearwater Beach has been named best in the U.S. for the second straight year. IRB is just as beautiful without the crowds.
