The property was super clean and stocked with everything you would need from the pool to the beach. However there needs to be a better way to access the bay from the dock to utilize the paddle board and kayaks. Even at high tide you couldn’t get to the water. There needs to be a ladder off of the boat dock.

Lovely property with everything we needed for time with family and friends. Loved the pool, waterway with numerous dolphin sightings and easy vibe of the house. We did have a small maintenance issue with toilet and the owner, Tom, responded immediately! Great communication and welcome info when we initially arrived. We had a wonderful experience!

The house was perfect for our family of five. Our kids enjoyed the pool sun up to sun down, the intercoastal was great for fishing, kayaking and dolphin sightings, and was within walking distance to the beach. We were looking forward to a vacation away from being on a schedule and we were able to enjoy the house for 5 days with no plans- no plans were needed with all it had to offer.
