The condo was much more spacious than expected which was so comfortable for all. We all enjoyed the balcony for viewing sunrise. There was a variety of Beach toys and chairs to enjoy the beach. The trolley was fun to enjoy and also French bakeries.

Our family had a wonderful time and would stay again if we are ever in IRB. Great location, lots of room for the whole family, lots of amenities, other then a few personal items the condo is very well equipped.. thanks for a wonderful stay !!!

Perfect location very quiet beach. Great for families. Wonderful restaurants close by. The unit had everything you could think of. The beach toys and chairs where so nice and anything you would want in the kitchen. Even a milk frother Wich is my favorite thing and I didn't want to pack it. Will definitely visit again

The condo was clean upon arrival and everything is explained thoroughly. Additionally, the hosts were easy to get ahold of and communicated every step of check in/out. The property was well maintained and the steps from the beach. Both the condo and pool cabana were loaded with amenities. We traveled with a 4 year old and 10 month old and found the place had everything stocked for the kids-high chair, booster seat, pack n play, toys, games, beach wagon, and basically all of the essentials, which made it so easy for our family. It was truly a home away from home and we look forward to returning next year!

This property was excellent. Perfectly located in Indian Rocks Beach. The unit was very clean and extremely spacious. The amenities were perfect as there wasn’t a single thing that you needed to bring. The pool closet was loaded with everything you would need to enjoy your time on the beach. Literally perfect. We have stayed at many places in IRB, but I would say this one is at the top of the list! Highly recommended!!

This was perfect for the five of us on our Annual Girlfriend Trip. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the beach. The host provides lots of beach equipment. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and relaxing on the beach and at the pool.The hosts were great! They were always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful tips for the area. We'll stay there again next time we're in the area.

This is one of the nicest and largest condors in Indian Rocks Beach. Beachfront and in town, great shops and restaurants to walk to. 2nd time staying in last two years. Patrice and Sam are fantastic Hosts.

3 weeks of fun in the sun! Our condo was spacious and well-equipped. Great pool and spa area. We loved the easy beach access and nearness to restaurants. The elevator made moving in and grocery trips easy. Loved everything about our stay!
