The location is perfect for a relaxing beach stay. The views are spectacular. Parking is super convenient: near the elevators and shaded. The crows on the balcony, while interesting, were problematic ( there we're considerable bird droppings and the crows were not deterred by our presence.)

The place was very nice. The mattresses on the bunk beds are thin and not comfortable. All the other beds were great. The place is huge plenty of room. The views are beautiful. I think anything you need to fix a meal is there. Only one elevator working , but since off season it was ok. One issue was one of the kids wanted to sleep on the pull out couch, when we pulled it out , it was full of food crumbs I’m guessing from people sitting on couch eating. I did leave a note for the cleaning staff to pull the bed out and clean it. Over all we would stay there again

This penthouse was excellent. I would definitely rent in again. Perfect location, the best parking, the view was superb! And very clean! And they allow dogs! Woohoo!

The beach and beach view was beautiful, my happy place. The condo was very clean with the exception of the living room area rug, needs replacement. The floors were very clean and all appliances worked well. Parking was safe and saw security 2/3 times.

Amazing Unit

We stayed here during spring break - the unit is amazing - appears recently renovated and the location was just perfect. Views / sunset breathtaking. We loved everything about this unit. Thanks for sharing such a great place with us.

Stunning views and condo!

We loved our stay here! The views of both the gulf and the from the 10th floor were stunning. We were there over the 4th of July and the firework show right off the balcony were incredible! The beds were comfy, the rooms spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge kept everything cold! We had the best family time despite the Florida storms popping up out of no where! The building was clean we had lots of fun in the pool!!

Attention to Detail suggestedd

The unit itself was nice, but upon closer inspection, we found the cleaning to be lacking. We found some sort of animal feces in the sheet on the pull out sofa, loose change and marijuana remnants in the drawers of the primary suite, dirty skillets in the cabinets and dirty underwear in one of the secondary bedrooms. The elevators are an ongoing issue, one was broken and has apparently been broken for a while, and the other had problems intermittently. Also, I would suggest replacing the mattresses in the bunk bed room, they are definitely sub par for an adult to sleep in and rendered that bedroom unusable for us. With these suggested improvements, the unit could go from okay to great!
