This beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, Gulf-front, ground-floor condominium is located only 200 feet from the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Belleair Beach. Decorated with a European flair, this condominium has granite countertops. stainless steel appliances. marble floors. and a large wine cooler. The great room view of the Gulf has five large sliding glass doors while the Master bedroom has a two sliding glass door view of the Gulf.

This condominium features a private entrance, two assigned parking spaces, direct access to the Gulf, along with a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf. The unit is fully furnished with king size bed in the Master and twin beds in the second bedroom. Belleair Beach is a residential community on the Gulf of Mexico. It is only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. 90 minutes to Disney World and other Orlando attractions.

We are only minutes from world famous Clearwater Beach where you will find restaurants, attractions, cruises, golf, sport fishing, parasailing, sail boat rentals, ski boat rentals, jet skiing, concerts, miniature golf, tennis, and much more. So come stroll the beautiful white dunes and swim with the dolphins.🐬

This beachfront paradise was amazing!!! The home was exceptionally clean, updated and had everything you would possibly need. The pool and private beach were only steps away from your patio. This is a very quiet, small and well maintained complex…perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The owner, Sam, was also exceptionall…..was forthcoming with all information needed for the stay and always informative and prompt in responding. This is by far one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we plan to visit again!!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful condo located directly on the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! What makes this condo so special, is that it's just steps away from the beach. Also, this condo is located in a smaller complex which makes for less crowds at the pool and beach. The owner was an absolute joy to work with and very responsive if you need anything during your stay!

Amazing property!

The property is located RIGHT on the beach and next to the pool. The water was crystal clear and not crowded. Sam was very communicative during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot emphasize how amazing the condo was-it was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything. I can’t wait to go back!

We have been visiting Sonrisa for many years and for the last two years have spent a month in this beautiful condo on Belleair Beach. It is furnished to a very high standard with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation and Will and Scott are a phone call away if you have a problem. Right on the beach with views to die for, wonderful restaurants close by its our paradise!

Great Condo...Very Beautiful

My wife and I and our 2 daughters (6 and 4) stayed here for a week and we truly loved it. The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. The back porch opens up to a beautiful grass area and a pool with the beach only a few yards beyond that. We all loved getting up each morning to this beautiful view and then going to play at the beach all day. It was also great having a pool as well so when we weren't at the beach we were at the pool. Most of the time we had the pool and the beach all to ourselves. Would highly recommend this place to all of our friends and we plan on going back again.

The Great Escape

This is simply a wonderful place to escape and enjoy the beach and sun. The setting is perfect and the condo is so comfortable and well-appointed. We have been coming to the area for almost 20 years, and this is our favorite place to stay. Not only is the condo beautiful, but Will and Scott make us feel so welcomed. They go out of their way to ensure that we have everything we need and that our stay is relaxed and worry-free. We have stayed in this unit twice now, and we will be back for sure!!

The condo was beautiful and looks just like the pictures on the website. We were able to see dolphins swimming up and down the gulf from the inside. During the week it was almost like having a private beach and pool. Ate some delicious fish at local restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo. Highly recommended.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

We recently stayed at this condo for a week and have nothing but wonderful things to say! We've vacationed all over Florida and South Carolina and this quickly became our favorite rental. The owner, Will, is so pleasant, the condo is furnished beautifully, and the location couldn't be any better! The beach is sooo close that the kids could play on the beach and if we wanted a break, we could sit on the porch and easily see them, even interact with them! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, snorkeled constantly because the water was so calm... saw so much sea life that we felt like we were in a huge aquarium. Kids absolutely loved it as well... can't wait to come back another time!

We have all good things to say about this beautiful home. We visit Florida every year and enjoyed our stay in Belleair above all. Will made reservations a breeze, met us upon arrival, and was available and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view and location are fabulous! We miss it already. You can not go wrong with this rental. What you see is what you get... and then some!

Wonderful vacation spot

This condo is exactly as pictured. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach is well maintained and had lots of shells since it was recently renovated (not the word for it but new sand brought in etc). We have young girls age 5 and 6. It was a perfect vacation spot for them with the pool and beach just steps away. We stayed for 7 days and could have stayed longer. There is a publix and walmart close by for all your shopping needs plus every restaurant you can think of. Clearwater Beach tourist area is just a few miles away. You will NOT be disappointed if you rent this condo.
