This beachfront condo is ideal for small families or snowbirds escaping the winter months or anytime.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining room table seating for 6 guests. The kitchen counter offers extra dining seats for 3 guests and extra counterspace that can serve as a desk if you need a workspace. This condo has beautiful and comfortable interiors throughout to make your stay feel like your at home.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV to take in a movie when its time to relax.
Primary bedroom offers a King bed with ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Hallway bath has a tub/shower combo.

This condo is easy access to the beach – just walk out your sliding glass doors from this ground floor unit, take a couple steps and you're on the beach! Can't get any easier than that to hear the sound of the waves during the day or to enjoy at night.

The covered patio where you can have your coffee while watching those enjoying the water or taking a walk. It is pure bliss! Magnificent sunsets are not to be missed.

Aldea beachfront community offers beautiful landscaping and is well maintained for your enjoyment year round. The shared pool is heated for the winter months, and has an easy access to the beach.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
