Cute Apt! Great for Long Stays!

Relax and unwind in our newly remodeled space on a quiet street in Holly Hills, one of St. Louis City’s premier neighborhoods. Easy access to freeways and just minutes away from downtown, Busch Stadium, St. Louis Zoo and so many other St. Louis delights. We are just a few blocks from Carondelet Park, St. Louis' third largest park. Easy access to Carondelet’s boathouse, rec-center, pool, walking paths, tennis courts, ball fields, horseshoe pits and playgrounds.
No smoking. No parties. No extra guests without prior approval from the host. Any rules that are broken are subject to a $500 fine.

Average property

The location is somewhat a consideration. This was an older neighborhood with many properties a couple streets over that were in disrepair and vacant. The immediate vicinity was ok, but not great. The cleanliness was average. Our main concern was the doors to the apartment. The only lock was the coded lock. The doorknob did not even have a lock leaving us feeling uncomfortable as anyone with the code could get in. The back door had been damaged which contributed to our uncomfortable feeling. Also, we were unable to easily watch tv, as the Roku apps were locked down to where we couldn’t stream anything at all, even from our phones.

Me nd my bf had a wonderful stay! Like another review said, the bathroom sink pressure was bad but we used the kitchen sink. Other than tht, everything was perfect!!! I loved it!!

Weekend stay

the property was as advertised. A quiet street, ample parking. Everything was very nice, with the exception of the water pressure in the bathroom sink. T was very low so i cant give it 5 stars.
