Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

This brand-new apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55" Smart TV, and a full private bathroom with a "rain" shower and two sinks.
The living room has a second 55" Smart TV, a dining table, a sofa that converts into a full bed for two more guests to sleep comfortably, a second full bathroom, and a balcony with exterior furniture.
The kitchen countertops and kitchen island are made of granite and is fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, and cooking essentials.

*** This apartment has a connecting door to a studio with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and an equipped kitchenette. If available, they can be rented together to make a two-bedroom, three-bed, three-bath unit for up to 6 guests. Ask for more information.***

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for ur family vacation in Bucerias!

Steps to the beach, and in the heart of the Golden Zone of Bucerias, this condo was perfect for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). It was safe, clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, local grocery stores and more! The modern decor, small balcony and steps to the pool and gym made this the perfect place to stay in Bucerias. Will definitely be back!
