Be one of the first to stay in this newly available, private, cottage-like unit located on the main level in the rear of a beautiful restored Victorian home. Situated in the historic district of downtown, it’s a one block stroll to many shops, restaurants and attractions of Bardstown. Offering a private entrance off a covered patio, perfect for enjoying afternoon cocktails and morning coffee. It’s spacious, newly renovated, and very tastefully decorated. Everything you need. Perfect for couples!
The space
This space will provide you the luxury of staying in a home with the privacy of a hotel. Amenities include: free wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 76" screen TV, private bath, washer/dryer, self-controlled AC/heat, hairdryer, iron, bidet, private entrance, free street/private parking and a large private back porch for guests. AND, if you forget something, just text me and I'll be happy to accommodate you with the forgotten item.
Guest access
You'll have a private bathroom, laundry area, and back porch and of course room. You may see a neighbor in their yard or myself coming in from the grocery, but your stay will be as private as YOU choose. Your room has keyless entry to make it even more private. Street parking is available, or park in the rear of the residence if that works better for you.
Other things to note
I absolutely love living in downtown Bardstown. The convenience of walking downtown to shop or eat never gets old. I've lived in Nelson County most my life and I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I love living here!

Amazing stay!

Excellent location. Within walking distance to everything in downtown Bardstown. Host was amazing. She even gave us a wonderful lunch recommendation. Unit was super clean and very well kept. We will definitely be back.

A Hidden Gem

Beautifully appointed accommodations with thoughtful extras for guests. The location was perfect, right off the Main Street tucked behind the house. There is a small park next door and a private deck. Should we be in Bardstown again, this is where we would stay. It was perfect, and far beyond our expectations.

A Cozy Spot

The property and location are great. I felt safe. Easy walk to most everything. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck! She has all bases covered including snacks and bottled water. The fridge is larger than a mini and the bed is Very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book with her! :)

This was our first trip to Bardstown, and this room was the perfect location to downtown. Amy was very easy to communicate with. The room was super clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again

Perfectly perfect

The location was great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and parks. A short drive to many distilleries. (Our reason for coming to Bardstown)Amy has put together a beautiful and comfortable room. Its a large room and completely updated.. it has a large walk in shower and a special extra in the bathroom. She has all the little extras you may forget, and the place is well stocked with snacks, coffee and tea. Also there is a great deck for moring coffe/tea or an evening drink. Super clean and well designed. Off street parking. Thank you Amy, we hope to visit again.

Very clean and updated property. Best part is you are walking distance to downtown Bardstown. Very private and easy in and out. The owner takes care of everything, water in the fridge, snacks, even toothpaste. Truly a great experience and will use again in the future.

Nice getaway

Excellent place to stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The porch is a great bonus as we spent hours sitting there just watching and listening to the sights and sounds of a quaint small town. Our host stopped by to say hello and we had a nice conversation about the town and house. We would happily stay here again.

Great Property and Location in Bardstown

My wife and I took a long weekend motorcycle trip to Bardstown and had the pleasure of staying at a “Room Off Broadway.” Amy the host thought of everything and the room was perfect…clean, cozy, awesome porch that is next to a small park. If we ever come to Bardstown we’ll stay here!
