Live Roaches

The room we stayed in had live roaches in it. We contated Big Fish Rentals and aside from notifying the HOA to spray, they said they couldn't/didnt do anything else. There was a roach trap with a live roach stuck to it as well. At check in, we were provided a key code. We were not provided with a card to access the entrances / exits throughout the property. There were no luggage carts to be found. No pans to use the oven. This room did not come with a full fridge or full sink. There were no paper towels, tissues, extra garbage bags. The floors were not cleaned well. Our kids white socks quickly turned black from walking on the floors. We will avoid this place at all coats in the future.

Best area of Myrtle Beach! Pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs! Absolutely beautiful beach! Restaurants on property. Sit on your balcony and take in the wonderous views!

Overall amazing stay! The room needs a little update and refreshing but the location and amenities were perfect! Will definitely book again. The communication was fast and friendly. Thank you for the great last minute trip
