This 9th floor condo has new flooring, new paint, granite countertop in the kitchen, large bathroom and a nice size balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine watching the beautiful ocean views as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely corner unit condo can accommodate six people for a very enjoyable vacation. This oceanfront building has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and more. Close to shopping and restaurants, Coastal Grand Mall, Market Common, and all the great area attractions. Some of the amenities may not be available since your booking is not with the onsite company. However, we are offering you a superior overall experience, better value and no lines to wait to check in and out.

Great unit for the price!

I stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament and was very pleased with how nice the unit was updated. It has a great view for a low price and the managers were very quick to respond to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring break get away

We had a great time. It had good views if the ocean. The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were so relaxing. Definitely woukd stay again and tell others about it.

Clean living space. Enough room for more people if wanted to bring. Great price. Was close to everything we did and wanted to do while on vacation. View was amazing as well.

Terrible experience and never got response from host for no hot water during our stay!

Property ok but view of ocean was pitiful. Unable to use shower the entire weekend due to no hot water. Manager at hotel.said unit owners will be compensated and guests who rented units managed by the hotel would be compensated. That leaves us out in the cold ! Efforts to contact Verbo host yielded no response. No help at all!

Girls trip

Great property!! Just an elevator ride and 1 min walk onto the beach. Had a small hiccup with AC breaking down but Jeff and Shelley communicated every step and resolution with us quickly. Don’t worry though, they have since replaced the entire unit so that shouldn’t be an issue for a while. Lucky for us we were able to check in early so it was like an extra day and an early start to vacation! We would definitely stay here again!! The unit was clean and perfect for a nice relaxing girls trip!!
