Pet Policy:
Small/medium dogs under 50 pounds are allowed to stay in this home. We do not allow cats. Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $60 for 1 dog or $110 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet. Please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

*NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. We do have a noise monitor in place to detect any unusually loud noise decibals. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
