Penthouse Paraiso C602 Luxury at your fingertips!

This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath Casa Blanca Penthouse has a huge patio with a breath taking view of the entire bay and city of Puerto Peñasco.
A great big open living and dining area with an open kitchen perfect for big groups or families. Sliding doors leading out to patio in two bedrooms with a great view. It is equipped with private Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
The beach is a short walk through the resorts eighteen-hole putting course surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds.
The space
All three bedrooms have king size beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Condo will sleep 8 people comfortably. Maximum occupancy is of 10 people. You are welcome to bring an air mattress if you think you will need it.
Condo has big bathrooms with tubs, showers and double sinks.
A big kitchen with granite counter tops including all appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher and a full set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and silverware.
Patio table and chairs, Living and dining area. Washer and dryer in laundry room.
Guest access
Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA
Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in.

Amazing Stay with Friends and Family

We went there with an extended group and it was an amazing trip. Location is amazing; for some reason it looks we are far from beach but we weren't. The property is awesome and there are 2 awesome restaurants on property. Mark was awesome, kept on checking on us to make sure we are good and comfortable. We would love to visit Rocky point again and with Mark!
