Enjoy this pristine, completely renovated 3BR 2 BA home! Located in the Woodburn neighborhood just adjacent to downtown Morgantown. Conveniently located near interstates 68 and 79, home has remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with custom spiral staircase connecting the main and lower levels. New flooring throughout with all new furniture and appliances. You have everything you need in this home to make you comfortable on a family vacation, business trip, or a quaint weekend getaway.

Guests can park in the back (2 spaces) or side (1 space) of the property. The covered front entrance of the property can be accessed via stairs on either side of the property. Upon entry, you will be on the main floor living area where you will find an open kitchen/dining room, living room w/ big screen TV, full bathroom, and bedroom. The spiral staircase takes guests to the downstairs bedrooms (2), full bathroom, and laundry areas. Both bedrooms have locking exterior doors that open to the outside parking areas.

The deck with comfy furniture sits just adjacent to the covered porch and front entrance. Enjoy the views of downtown Morgantown, especially at night!

The neighborhood is very safe and is a short walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and WVU campus! Ruby memorial and Mon General Hospital are a short drive (minutes away).

2023-2024 WVU move in

Super cute house. Newly renovated with great amenities and finishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice fluffy towels. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly. This house had everything our family needed to move our oldest into her townhouse for another year at WVU. Thanks for a nice homey and affordable option that isn't a hotel. We Would love to stay here again!

I am from Ohio originally. I have also lived in Florida and the state of Washington. My wife Angela and I moved back east to Morgantown in 2021 to be closer to our families (we have 3 kids and our parents and extended family all live on the east coast) and to start our real estate investment business. We love hosting our homes to guests as we can provide them with updated, comfortable housing that all the family can enjoy. We restore distressed properties to a fully remodeled condition with modern design (Angela does all the design in our homes!) and high quality craftmanship and finishes. We also enjoy connecting with people from different areas and providing them with excellent customer service during their stay.

We both love being in Morgantown and enjoying the change of seasons, the sports scene, and plenty of outdoor life, especially the hiking and beautiful scenery!
