Nestled right in the heart of the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood, within walking distance to 42nd Avenue, Alberta Arts District and Upper Fremont Street, each with a multitude of bars, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and locally owned gems. New Seasons Grocery store is located on the corner of 33rd and Killingsworth just 10 blocks away. Bus stop located 2 streets over and easy access to freeways, Providence Medical, Legacy Emanuel, Convention Centers and The PDX airport is 15 mins by car. Downtown is a 10-15 min drive with plenty of east side neighborhoods in between.

This charming studio is newly furnished, clean, cozy with reliable wireless internet. The space is great for couples, solo adventures and business travelers. The home is a 1944 mixed-use Cape Code on a quiet street. The main level of this house is owner occupied by a couple. The entire lower level of the home is the Hideaway with private entrance to this 900sq ft gem.

Comfy queen bed, down duvet, pillows, extra linens. Huge private bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for making simple meals: Full-sized toaster oven, hot plate, refrigerator/freezer, bakeware, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, teapot and coffee maker. Washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs unit.
