Guests will have their own private entrance, that leads to a completely private apartment that is the entire top floor. Keyless entry.
Other things to note
Has a large backyard for you to hang out in. There is a fire pit to sit around. Back yard is shared with others.
You’ll have an assortment of frisbees and a carrying bag to use at the course two blocks away!
