HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This fabulous newly remodeled near ocean home is designer decorated with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, beautiful furnishings and a wonderful view of the lagoon and golf course on the thirteenth hole (tee box) on the famed Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course. All rooms except one offer this exquisite view. Our favorite time at sunset, which is from left to right when standing on the deck offers the most peaceful and tranquil setting. Typical of Hilton Head Island scenery long shadows on the golf course and birds flocking to the water to rest for the evening offer a view and serenity second to none.

Located five rows from the ocean it features two separate living areas. The formal large living area has a sofa and matching chairs, 70-inch smart TV, and French doors leading to the deck. The family room offers seating in large casual chairs, with matching two sofa, 55-inch 4K flat screen TV. To the left of the family room a spacious kitchen with Corian countertops, cherry cabinetry, and all necessary appliances. The breakfast area features seating for 4. For more formal dining, the home features a contemporary glass dining table with seating for 8, in addition to hardwood floors to complement the room. Hardwood floors flow on into the foyer and down the hall to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a 58-inch smart Roku HDTV TV, and king bed. The master bath has a separate glass enclosed shower, garden tub with Jacuzzi, large walk in closet and large his/her counter and sinks. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, a 32” smart TV, and a private bath with stone shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds 32” smart TV, walk in closet and private bath w/ shower. This bedroom also has sliders for a wonderful view and access to the deck.
This beautiful home is for relaxing on Hilton Head Island. As a final feature, EXPANDED POOL, DECK AND PATIO, and HOUSE DECK. Step down the new deck stairs to the pool and hot tub after a long day of activity. In addition, there is a charbroil 5 burner grills on deck near kitchen. This lovely home is truly a treat for you and your family. After this stay, you will not want to go to anywhere else for your vacation! This home is a five-minute walk to the beach/ocean, and perfect for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

* Strong Wireless internet and cable TV provided free of charge. For pool (88 degrees) and hot tub heated upon request cost is $1500/ week. Hot tub only heated (102 degrees)upon request for an added fee of $475 week.
Pets are allowed however there is a $395 nonrefundable pet fee, $595 for 2 pets. Size of dog will be at owners' discretion after discussing with guests prior to rental. Quilt protectors will be provided for main furniture that pets are on. Please use them upon arrival. Charge will be put through on pet fee through rental management company or vrbo. These are optional charges that may show up in quote but can be deducted if not applicable.
All fresh linen and towels are provided. Completely COVID sanitized. Two Guest pass / car is included/ week. Each additional pass needed is $35 extra per car/ week

In addition, during holidays and prime season Saturday to Saturday is the preferred days of rental. Off season, different schedules of dates are possible.

This house is delightful in every way from the moment you step through the front door to walking out on the spacious back deck. It is inviting both inside and outside with many large windows and fantastic views of the lagoon and the golf course. Located just a 5 minute walk to the beach on a lovely street with slow traffic and friendly people. The beach is beautiful, long, wide, and very clean. The deck is large and has a grill, table for six and several side chairs. The perfect spot for lunch, reading, and watching the golfers and fisherman. The pool below the deck is inviting, a good size, and can be heated. The rooms inside are well furnished, well cared for, all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed both beach bars, different from each other, Coco’s very close on one end and The Dunes at the other end. Shelter Cove is a must to visit and walk along the marina. It has stores, restaurants, music, and plenty of seating along the walkway. All the great restaurants on the island are a quick drive away. We love our time here and look forward to our return visits. We found communication with the Host excellent. Review from A.Delong

Our family’s visit to 182 Mooring Buoy was fabulous! The house is so roomy and loaded with amenities! Everyone in the family can spread out and have personal space and bathrooms, but can also gather together in the family rooms and on the spacious deck. The view of the lagoon is wonderful (could sit and watch the fish jump for hours!), and our kids loved the private pool and hot tub. We rented bikes and loved the very short bike ride to the beach. The beach was incredibly quiet while we were there - we visited friends on another public beach that was packed. We really loved the ability to have space on “our” beach. We also rode daily to the General Store and even rode our bikes to Shelter Cove for dinner and shopping. The house was the perfect home base for a great beach trip! The host, Steven, was also proactive in ensuring we had all that we needed!

We had a wonderful Hilton Head spring break vacation at 182 Mooring Buoy in Palmetto Dunes! The house was perfect for our family of 5, pair of in-laws, and yellow Labrador. The house offered tranquil views everywhere of the pond overlooking the golf course, a roomy deck, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private pool/hot tub (we paid for the heater, and so happy we did!). The owner, Steven, was very responsive before and after arrival (the hot tub temp had not been adjusted correctly which was resolved promptly). The beautiful beach is a very short 4 min walk, where we played with our dog every morning. A happy dog = happy humans. :-) We rented bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters (1.4 miles away) for the week and rode them on the beach almost every day and even scheduled a convenient pick-up for the morning we left. Steven, thank you so much for a relaxing vacation, and we hope to come stay with you again
