The resort has two large outdoor swimming pools as well as a kiddie's pool and an extensive area with braai/barbecue facilities and seating for guests use. Within the complex there are two world class fine dining restaurants, Bel Punto and Mundo Vida, the Bush Tavern which is a friendly local bar and family restaurant. Cafe Java is a coffee shop with a bright open beach style all with stunning breakers view.
Beach Shack and Steers also within the Complex are perfect for take away. If you prefer to cook, Farm to Fork is the local butcher and delicatessen and the local Spar is just up the road. New mall opened just outside Umdloti Marine walk.
Umdloti beaches are very user friendly and the swimming area is patrolled by lifeguards and protected by shark nets. There are myriads of inshore tidal pools to explore at low tide and the Umdloti Beach Tidal Pool system is a quick walk up the beach.
