Great place

La Parguera has been our favorite so far! The locals were so friendly and helpful and you are close to the Playa Buye which is a wonderful beach.

Mom& daughter Spring break

The property was just right for our needs. Very close to the activities we were participating in. The Pargomar Bakery within easy walking distance was great for both breakfast and lunch!

Easy location

This is a cute place that is very convenient to the town. Easy to walk to local restaurants and activities. It is a close drive to the beach. The owner is very responsive. The hammock is the most comfortable one I found.

Pros: There was a very clean and nice kitchen with plenty of dinnerware and included everything you needed to cook a meal. The location was fantastic. Cons: It was noisy all night long and difficult to sleep. The bed was not super comfortable. The shower barely had water pressure or hot water.

Not responsive fans ac chairs outside quite time

The fans didn’t work.ac only worked in the bedroom.Only one chair outside.Cameras outside and numerous cars in parking lot and people in the front unit playing music all night as late as 2:30 AM with no response to this from the property owner who clearly should have heard seen from the cameras. I had several inquires no contact phone number late responses to messages. Was told they would bring an extra chair but they never did. I will not stay here again. Located behind a gas station

We sincerely apologize your stay fell short. We understand your frustration regarding the fans, AC, & seating. Noise issues are concerning, and we regret the disruption. While platform delays occurred, we responded, though perhaps not as swiftly as desired. For that reason we provide a 24/7 hostess that was available, but she never receive a call to address youyr needs.. Cameras are for complaint investigations only, ensuring guest privacy. We didn't received noise complaint during your stay, making it difficult to address in real-time. Even though location info & potential nearby restaurant noise are clearly stated, we revised the listing to ensure transparency. We cheked and both fans worked. AC is in the bedroom; and you can open the bedroom doors for cooling the entire unit during warmer periods. Regarding the extra chair, all units were fully occupied, preventing us from fulfilling the request without impacting other guests. We stated that we will try with no promises. We do provide alternative comforts like hammocks and additional chairs to enhance your stay and provide flexibility. We value your feedback and are actively using it to improve our property and service. We strive to provide a better experience for all our guests. We understand your decision not to return, but we hope you might reconsider in the future after we address these issues. We are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we are constantly working to improve.

Falling Short

This property listing was deceiving and highly disappointing. I did not have a happy sunshine feeling upon entry. This "guesthouse" was very dark and gloomy. The bedroom ceiling fan did not work, and the A/C for cooling this room was weak even on the highest it could be on. I had difficulty getting into the unit as it was not clearly defined which unit to enter. I will say the host was very helpful in identify and directing me to the appropriate unit. I spent 1 night and did not feel safe with the locking system. It was no more than a utility trailer lock. There were no glass windows only screens with metal blinds on the outside including the entry door. If you are a single woman traveling by yourself ...this is not the place for you.
