Mike & Denice are continually improving and renovating the Colonnade Hotel for future guests. Living in a rural area, there is a lack of qualified contractors. However, Mike has been in the construction industry since 1985, owning several businesses in New Jersey. One of them, specializing in restoration of historic homes. Mike & Denice have performed all the renovations themselves (compliant with current building codes) and they focus on the details that make the Colonnade Hotel special.

This space was renovated in 2022 and has been providing a unique stay for many guests since then. You'll be amazed at the detail and craftsmanship put into this space from the hand made juniper & cedar railings to the stone pebbled shower. It is immaculate and comes with many amenities. The layout is easy to navigate with a large kitchen on the lower level along with a desk and laundry room. The bedroom is on the second floor loft and overlooks the living room. Attached to the bedroom is a large vanity area with double sinks and plenty of storage. Tucked away next to the bedroom is the bathroom with a HUGE shower tiled in natural stones. The shower has waterfall and rainfall shower heads which make guests feel like they are outside. It is truly a one of a kind property!
