Place was very neat, quaint, and in the mix of everything. A fun alternative to a hotel. Authentically Tucson. Great break up of space for a studio with a sun room, bedroom, main area. Plus hot tub was a great outdoor space. Walking distance to a lot. Host provided ample info, had snacks and waters in the fridge, coffee pods, creamer, sugar. Enjoyable experience!!

Bruce was an excellent host! Communication was great, reached out periodically and responded to my messages immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was so cute -- equipped with every detail that you would need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, games in the living room. The jacuzzi was an extra bonus and welcomed after a long day of hiking!

Quaint detached southwestern guest house. Nice extras included like complimentary snacks and bottles of water in the refrigerator. Quiet residential community not too far from the U of A. Bruce, the owner, is very accommodating.
