Close to DFW. Good for large groups.

We had a good stay. It’s good space for large groups (we were a total of 16). There are some maintenance issues with the place that need to be fixed which is why it’s not a 5. And would have loved to have some better towels!

Nice relaxing getaway!

We had a great time and our kids enjoyed the gameroom downstairs. Quiet neighborhood and nice large property to be outside.

House was very nice very spacious, floors were dirty when we got there, but nothing horrible. We just swept up. One of the rooms was under construction in the homeowner nor I was informed. And the noise ordinance law changed, and we were not informed, nor was the homeowner. The neighbors right behind the house called the cops three times on us. The last time was because two people were outside talking. And those two people got a ticket. It turns out that neighbor is known for this so if you’re having a celebration, you have to do it before 10 PM. Dishwasher did not work. And the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. But even though that being said me and my family made the best of., got to visit with family. I haven’t seen in a really long time. Had a baby shower for my first grandbaby and celebrated my son’s 18th birthday again we made the best of what we had. Not worth the money at all, though.. we had no access to the water that was the worst part.

Family Holiday House

We absolutely loved this house, location and amenities. It was a perfect Christmas getaway, Centrally located for our kids travel and meet midway as they live in Texas and Arkansas. We really enjoyed our time, playing ping pong, playing board games on the large kitchen table and cooking dinner as a family in an open kitchen and family hang out area! Beautiful atmosphere!

Great Escape

This is excellent place to escape with family & friends, lots of room with lot's of games & love the room in the area of game room & the movie room area ,,,we had a great time ,,,with that said there is never enough time to enjoy the moments ... HH ... Recommend it to anyone for sure

Good weekend

Couple of things to call out about this property: - there is no access to a dock if you are renting a boat. Nearest public dock is about a 5 min drive away - fridge takes almost 2 full days to get back to normal temps after being emptied and cleaned - unfriendly neighbors - overall property was clean and fit our family needs, but there are definitely updates needed (sliding doors, wasp nests outside, flooding shower doors)

Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of room for extended family to spread out. Even has frisbee golf set up on their large lot. Fridge did not get cold. At first we thought we had just overloaded it, but next day was not cold. I don't think we even called to report it since we were just there a couple of nights. Beds were great, very large master. We walked around neighborhood and seemed lake entrances nearby were all private. We never made it to the public entrance since weather was still cool. Overall thought it was a great value for 7 adults and three kids. Had room for more and would have still been comfortable. Enjoyed hot tub, balcony, firepit, large dining table, two large living areas, plus a amall media rm.
