Beautiful Ocean Front in Dunes of Seagrove's Sought After "B" Building!!

Our Dunes of Seagrove condominium is located on Scenic Hwy 30A on Florida's panhandle. Situated conveniently between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

We are in the Dunes of Seagrove complex. Unit 302B. Easy beach and pool access just steps from your door. Tennis/Pickleball courts on property as well as workout facility.

Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, den, master bedroom, and balcony. You will also overlook the 7200 square foot Lagoon Pool and Hot Tub. The pool is heated spring and fall.

Our condo offers 2 bedrooms plus a Bunk Room. Full size Washer and Dryer. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and sitting area that opens to the spacious balcony. The guest room has a queen bed. All bedrooms have TVs.

The living area is complete with a Smart TV and Dish Network. Enjoy free WiFi throughout the property and on beach. We also have onsite beach service and bike rental available.

Renovations recently completed! Bathrooms remodeled and new flooring throughout along with other updates.

Home for us is Gallatin, TN, a small town just outside of Nashville. Our family has called the Dunes of Seagrove our home away from home since 2010. When we are at the Dunes, we enjoy bike rides on 30A, long walks on the beach, and watching the beautiful beach sunsets.

Why they chose this property

We chose Dunes of Seagrove due to it's prime location on 30A. Convenient to everything yet tucked away on a quit area of the beach.
