Hi I’m Adele. My husband and I have owned this property since 2014 and we spend time in North Carolina as well as here. We love the community and the peacefulness is offers in busy Silicon Valley.
Why they chose this property
This is the third home we’ve owned in Hamilton Place. It’s a quiet and well established neighbored that’s close to the airport, downtown, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Convenient location to all of Silicon Valley and walking distance to bother Willow Glen and downtown Campbel. Pools and tennis courts as well as a wonderful 1/2 mile circle and access to the Los Gatos trail.
