Sunrise on the surf, sunset on the beach, dinner at the top of Waikiki. Enjoy views of Ala Wai canal, Ko'olau mountains and the new park on Aloha Drive from spacious lanais, including your own private lanai. Equipped with A/C, smart TV, microwave and a full kitchen to help make your stay in Waikiki magical!

Reclining Gaming Chair, Motorized Adjustable heigh desk, custom bamboo wall paintings, pull out dinning furniture and filtered drinking water from the kitchen spigot.

Rent a Wiki bike just a hop skip and away. Close to many groceries stores, restaurants, shopping, golf, beach, mountain hikes and waterfalls. Waikiki is gorgeous!

Limited parking may be available at the building for an extra $20/night. Free or metered Street Parking Nearby.

Laundry available on street level of the condominium.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You must return the keys to the lockbox!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-out is 10:00am. A late check-out fee of $100 will be assessed if you check out well past 10:00am to cover the cost of last minute cleaning help.
TURN OFF THE A/C whenever you leave the room. Close all windows and the bathroom door for maximum energy efficiency. Laundry between 7am-9pm.
Don't hang things out on the lanai, as it can blow away and be dangerous to those below. Be aware of that when using the lanai. Don't let things fall.
