It is perfectly situated between the bay and oceanside beaches, minutes to Orleans, and up the street from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are all quickly accessible, and you'll be able to easily enjoy sunsets at First Encounter or Rock Harbor, beach outings to Coast Guard or Nauset Light, and nearby conservation land trails and the scenic Fort Hill Trail.
The house features an open concept layout, with a large and well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. A beautiful sunroom opens up just off the kitchen and provides access to the deck. The first-floor primary suite boasts a king bed, private full bathroom, and a bonus office space. Laundry and an additional half bathroom are also conveniently located on the first floor. The upstairs has three generously-sized bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a bunk bed, plus another full bathroom. Central A/C on first floor. 1 Adult bicycle provided.
