Hello!
My husband and I bought this lot in Eastham and built a house in 1997 based on a house that we stayed in a few years prior in Truro. The design is open and contemporary with sun-drenched vistas. We completed a renovation in 2020 including new kitchen, new lighting, and all new paint. We live outside of Boston and spent many weeks and weekends at the cape as our children were growing up. We have been renting the house since 2010. We have found the guests to be incredibly friendly and responsible.

Why they chose this property

Beyond the views and open floor plan, one great thing about this house is that on a rainy or cloudy day, you can get to the bike path and ride to Orleans for a day of dining and shopping. We are only about a mile from the bike path bridge that goes over Route 6 into Orleans. We also have the family room in the basement with pingpong and foosball.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful marsh views are amazing and a unique part of this house.
