Apartment #235: Lower East Side

This Lower East Side 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home quite literally has it
all. From chic accent rugs and wood furniture to hand-picked wall art
and a freshly tiled bathroom, you will immediately feel at ease when
you walk into this cozy space. The location is also a major perk, being
that the LES is known for great food, nightlife, and tons of
activities. You will never be bored in this neighborhood! When you step
into the living room, you will find a comfy grey sofa placed directly
in front of a TV. This transitions seamlessly into the kitchen which
features green painted wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The bedroom has a full-size bed, full-length curtains, personal desk
space, and hand-picked art and decor.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. For our Boston units, you'll
pay the last month's rent upfront instead of a security deposit.
