The Guesthouse is in the back of the main building and has its own entrance, Bathroom, Full Kitchen, TVs and Internet.

Damaging the walls due to decorations will incur a $250 fee for repair
Not retiring the gate remote (if applicable) will incur a $100 replacement and programming fee
