Located near the center of Downtown, Minneapolis close to many restaurants, shopping, sporting events and parks. The large complex has many amenities, including: A gated garden with pool, showers, plenty of seating, and gas grills. The Largest community space in any downtown Minneapolis property, including a double tennis court (the only outdoor court in downtown!). There is also a gym, coin laundry and on the 28th floor a sauna, small cycle studio with downtown views, and rooftop patio access with 360 views of the city.

Rundown condo

This condo is rundown and has not been updated in a long time. Was not stocked with enough plates ,silverware or towels. No toaster. No coffee maker. Property has a great outdoor area with a super pool but no beach towels to take to the pool. If it was updated with all these things and cleaned up a bit it could be a great place to stay.
