The studio is perfect for a long stay! The kitchen has everything you need and has what most short term rentals do not! Kent is great at communicating from pre arrival and through the end of the stay. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to lakes, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

The Apartment is in a large beautifully kept old home in a very good neighborhood- only a few blocks to Lake of the isles. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern, clean and well- organized the place was. There is a lot of storage room for clothes and food. And a lot of extras - like a body wash, conditioner, and shampoo dispenser in the shower. Popcorn packs, chips, gourmet coffee packs, etc. a lot of neatly organized food storage containers, specific hangers for shirts and pants/skirts. Etc..When I first arrived, Ken had a general folder of information about the apartment ready for me and a document specific to my stay. Also, Ken lives in the house and works in the garage. I didn’t need anything else; but if I did I knew he would be easily accessible and helpful.I had a very pleasant, peaceful stay here and can definitely recommend it.
