The house was very clean and check in was smooth. The hosts are very good about getting back to you with any questions. Parking is easy street parking. This the second time we have stayed and it was just a good as the first.

Great property location as it was minutes from everything (downtown, Mall of America, lakes/parks, restaurants). Steven and Katie were fantastic hosts and stayed in communication all throughout our trip. It was the perfect size for the family. If we are back out to the Twin Cities area, would 1000% rent again!

Great space conveniently located was much appreciated for a graduation visit. Beds were comfy, amenities were abundant and parking was a breeze. Steven and Katie were great, attentive hosts who kept us well updated.

This house is very cute and comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood, close to Powderhorn Park.The only thing you may want to be aware of is you may want to bring earplugs if you, like me, are not used to city noises. There can be a good amount of airplane and emergency vehicle noise.I would stay there again.

Property is as listed. Having three distinct sleeping spaces was a bonus for my family. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. If we went back with a young child, we’d bring a plastic plate and plastic cup juuuuust to be safe. Everything we found in the cabinets (plates, bowls and cups) was breakable. My little had a hard time stepping in and out of the claw foot tub - FYI if you plan to travel with a young one. Street parking is plentiful. Close to many Aldi locations for reasonably priced groceries. Easy drive to Mall of America if you plan to visit.

My friend and I loved everything about the Serenity Place!! Owners are excellent on all levels!! Great communications from the owners. Very clean and beautifully decorated home. We had all the amenities plus more that we needed to enjoy our stay at the Serenity Place. I look forward to booking another stay with them in the future.

Perfect location super convenient and close to everything you could need and only 15 -20 min from Mall Americas … super easy highway access. Host was very communicative and attentive. Quiet neighborhood comfortable, private home comfy beds. Would rent again if we visit Minnesota Mall America once again in future ! Convenient parking right in front of house too

A Gem of a Place to Stay

Serenity Place is exactly that. A clean, safe, lovely, serene home away from home. Amidst the pressure and chaos of moving from one home to another over the past month, my husband, two dogs, and one cat have cherished Serenity Place and hosts Steven and Katie (and sweet little pooch, Addy) for the oasis of peace and tranquility they have provided. We are so grateful; Serenity Place has been our constant calm within the storm.
