Reviewer Comments:
Pro’s: clean place & great location.Con’s: - extremely noisy heating system made our sleep painful.- the place is in need of some updates (from basic amenities such as thermostat bathrooms to kitchen - the 80’s were great but it’s 2021 now).- having a fire pit and not providing wood is similar to advertising a pool with no water. This is the first time we had to buy wood for the fire pit.
Great walking distance and/ or short drive to many things.
Pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was with spices, etc...
Only complaint is no grill and internet wasn't fantastic but i found that to be the case all over- not just on the property.
We had a shower door break while staying at this property, but the Goldfish Properties team was so responsive and quick to fix the situation and get us a replacement. They were incredibly understanding and we would definitely recommend renting from them!
The place is nice and cleaned which is our main concerns . There were few non major things that need repairs where the manager has offered to fix. The place was difficult to find due to writing the wrong address 129 forest pine which we could not find and turns out the actual address is 1-29. It would be helpful if they change it to 1-29 in the ads which can be easily found. There is no WIFi and washing machine which we did not care. Just look for unit number between 20-32 and drive through where the unit is at your right at the end of the driveway. Would we stay again at this property, the answer would be yes.

Cozy place and great location
Place is grandma cozy. Location was walking distance to groceries and coffee. Close to slopes. The heat was difficult to regulate; Cold in some rooms and too hot in others. Really wish there was a washer and dryer. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend place.

Great quality for the price
After reading the 1-star review we were a little scared to book this unit. But the photos looked okay, so we did since the price point was attractive. I am glad we did! This is not a high end condo, but it is very clean, well stocked, and spacious enough to hold six adults comfortably. One comment from the 1-star review that I feel the need to clarify: NOT everything is from the 70’s!! The floors all look to be fairly new; the kitchen and both bathrooms have clearly been upgraded recently; the TV is great. I slept in the master bedroom and the bed has newer linens, comfy pillows and a decent bed. Quite possibly it has been upgraded since that review was submitted. The clubhouse also has a very nice sauna, indoor hot tub/spa, and ping pong table. It is true, this unit doesn’t have WiFi. That is the one recommendation I would make - people who travel are going to need/expect WiFi, even if it carries a small additional charge. So maybe 4.5 stars. Otherwise, at the rate we paid, this place was great. We will definitely look to book it on future visits! :)

the entire unit needs to be updated. Would not book this unit again
Location is great, property management was great, but if I was Goldfish I would not have this unit as one of my properties. Beds were very uncomfortable, furniture was uncomfortable, and everything was from the 70's. The light fixture in the master bath flickered off and on the entire stay, a few times it made me nauseous.
It may have been my fault for not reading the entire description of this unit, but what place doesnt have wifi??? This unit didn't. We made the best out of our stay, partially by going out and doing and sightseeing, but definitely wouldn't have wanted to be snowed in for a week in this unit! Sorry for such a negative response, but hope you update the unit for the next renters!
