Our ocean-front three-bedroom condominium directly overlooks the signature 16th hole of the Fazio Ocean Course at Rio Mar Country Club, with the beautiful azure sea mere steps away. This three bedroom 2400 sq. ft. property is perfectly situated on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico, next door to the island's El Yunque National Forest and Puerto Rico's Famous Luquillo Beach and the iconic 'kioscos' - 70 little shack food restaurants, trending to gourmet.
The interior style is coastal casual, with muted blues and earth tones, giving off a relaxed ambiance that is perfect for a vacation. Outside, lies a full-width balcony. Perfect for watching sunrise to sunset
The resort is equipped with a gorgeous infinity pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, an owner's lounge with pool table, an exercise room and two barbecue areas, and stunning beach. The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort and Spa is located next door, and has a tennis complex, casino, a fabulous Spa, a fitness center and five different restaurants.
Nearby attractions include El Yunque National Rainforest, Carabali Adventure Park (ziplining, ATV, horseback), catamaran tours from Villa Marina Yacht Harbor and Bioluminescent Bay Kayaking. 30 minutes from SJU International Airport.

Why they chose this property
This property is mere steps away from the beach and the condo itself is very soothing and relaxing with beautiful photographs of the ocean. We have an amazing balcony that gives you a wonderful and refreshing breeze and smell of the salty ocean. It is situated near great local spots such as Carabalí Adventure Park, Los Kioskos, El Yunque and so much more. Rio Grande specifically is perfect because it is in the in-between of city life (metro area: Carolina, San Juan, Rio Piedras) and beach life as it is 5 minutes away from Luquillo beach, 20 minutes away from Fajardo beach which include catamarans, sailing, snorkeling and so much more.
