Complete Remodel, Gated Home with Ocean Views in Puerto Rico. Swimming Pool!

Completely Remodeled Home in Ceiba, Mountain Side, beautiful views!! Close to Luquillo, Farjado, Humacao, 5 Minutes Puerto Del Rey Marina, 45 min. to Airport another 10+ to San Juan. Minutes to Ceiba Ferry, takes you to Vieques & Culebra Islands! Our Mountain home is very peaceful, private, with lush plants & trees year round & protect by an electric gate! Plenty of parking space. HUGE kitchen, new beds, sheets, towels, furniture, outdoor dining. NEW Generator, Water Cistern/ AC! Once you come thru the gate to enter, you will have plenty of room to park. You will be greeted by our care takers of the property. They are there if you need anything, they live the in apartment downstairs. They speak spanish but can translate English. There is a locked gate to go upstairs where you will stay. The house will be cleaned and ready for you. We have some beach toys, chairs & a cooler you will need to check out before using. We have internet & smart tv’s in every room! If you need help with booking a car, we have a great connection!

We do require $200 cleaning fee for 3 night stay or longer. $100 cleaning fee for 2 nights.
***We are new to listing our home, that is why there are view or no reviews in VRBO, but there are a few reviews on AIRBNB. We have other rentals at Lake of the Ozark’s in the state of Missouri. Please ask we will share the links! There are many reviews for our 2 condos, all positive! One of my favorite things of staying in our beautiful home is listening to the sounds of the mountain/forrest at night or in the morning!

Loved everything about this home and location with the exception of check in. We landed and were arrived at the home and all checked in before we ever got check in instructions.Other than that, which was a little stressful, everything else was amazing.The caretakers of the home especially made it extra special. We enjoyed times with them while we were at the house and not out and about somewhere.Everything was well maintained and very clean.My goddaughter is getting married destination wedding in PR in October and I plan on staying again!

Awesome views and great location!

Close enough to travel to several beaches, the ferry and other places to eat. The house was well maintained and very neat. The view is amazing. Our host had a list of things to do, places to eat and was always one text away from support. AC was perfect - fast and used when we needed it. AMAZING

Outstanding View!!!

This place has the best view on the island and was spotless upon arrival. There was a minor hiccup of getting into the place but that was an issue with my phone and not for lack of trying on the hosts part. The gps doesn’t take you directly to the front door but wasn’t too hard to find. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips!

Tucked away in the mountains overlooking the ocean in Ceiba.

After a little GPS magic, I arrived to find a beautiful home tucked in the mountains of Ceiba. Beautiful view of the ocean with topical paradise surrounding me. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Recommend it highly!!

From the booking to the moment we drove away everything was as listed. The view the pool Marco,Luisa and rico. The kids didn’t want to leave the pool. We had some great banana milk yummy and fresh bananas. It was peaceful the ac cooled you off quick.. make sure you relax in the hammocks on the terrac. We will be bac..

My husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon and what a wonderful experience it was! The house feels nice and private with plants all around to create a natural feeling boundary between the property and the outside. In particular there are many fruiting plants and trees which the property keepers Marco and Luisa offered to us! The private pool overlooking the ocean and mountain was like an oasis. I prefer staying in less tourist-y feeling areas to live as much like a local as possible while still feeling like we are in paradise and that was exactly the feeling we got. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you may need to reference the map on VRBO to tell exactly where you are when you arrive but the house isn’t that hard to find from there. The house had all of the amenities we needed and it was so nice to feel so close to nature even while comfortably and safely laying in a hammock on the balcony. I have told all my friends and family they have to come here to stay if they want to visit Puerto Rico. Everything about the property is amazing but what truly made our stay magical was getting to know Marco and Luisa who helped us check in and told us all we needed to know about the area! They are incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcome! We even invited them to have dinner with us one night and it was wonderful talking with them about the island! We could tell so much love went into this property and we will definitely be back in the future!

Felt like home

This home is in the perfect location for touring the East side of Puerto Rico. It’s on the top of a small mountain, so you get the rain forest feel, but it’s still close enough to where you can make it to a store in under ten minutes. Surrounded by lush trees, banana, mango, star fruit and more on the property and the sound of coqui at night was so serene. Even the thunderstorms were lovely. You can see the ocean from the balcony through a clearing in the forest, which was so cool. The care takers are a sweet elderly couple who were so helpful and kind. Everything is clean and new and if you need to be cooking for your family, the kitchen is fully equipped. We left after 5 nights to go to the west side of the island, and it wasn’t a great experience so we left and came back here for another 3 nights, that’s how comfortable we were and it felt like home. The WiFi is spotty and had a hard time getting it, but it didn’t bother us too much since we were on vacation to enjoy nature and we could use our hotspots on our phones if needed. Safe, quiet location with electronic gate. Perfect for families. Definitely recommend and would visit again. Thanks for everything Teressa!
