Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With views of El Yunque National Rainforest. Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home private office that sleeps 8. Stocked Kitchen, a wet bar with wine fridge, living room, dining room, and 3 balconies and a terrace. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and has hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room Netflix, Hulu, Roku TVs, and high-speed internet, WIFI are all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer 2 Free Parking and there is a Golf Cart available to use (not a mode of transportation and at times it goes under maintenance) and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, the beach parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our vacation!

Check in / Check out process was very smooth, host is very nice and responsive, the home exceeded my expectations as it looks even better in person! Super clean, organized, fully stocked with all necessities, located in a very safe location close to most attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and a super walmart. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time and made beautiful memories in the property. House is very spacious with many balconies my favorite one being the one with the hammock, I spent many nights there just admiring the beautiful Puerto Rican sky and listening to the beautiful sounds of el Coquí. Golf cart was a huge plus and the private beach near the property was great!!! I will be booking this property everytime I go back to PR!!! Torres Family Vacation

Nice closing to our Puerto Rico vacation

Beautifully appointed and very clean, well supplied and close to El Yunque, Las Cabezas NWR and airport. Check in at 5 pm is too late to settle and find dinner on holiday weekend. Written instructions for arriving at entrance into gated community are wrong and no attendant at gate, causing encounter with unpleasant, rude, extremely impatient resident. Enjoyed beach combing but disappointed so many trails closed at El Yunque & NWR

Amazing property with quick access to a private beach. The home was spacious and perfect for our family of six. It was also well stocked. I would definitely recommend this beautiful retreat!
