It is walking distance to restaurants and the Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan, where you can go night kayaking to the bioluminescent bay. Lovely place

Nice 4 bedroom apartment. All bedrooms were comfortable, two were great. Kitchen was well equipped but no spices or coffee. Location was convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful condo and stay at Palm Paradise

This property was an amazing place to stay for three families to stay. The check in process and communication with the host was excellent. My husband left his wallet and did not realize until after check out. Our host was able to get in touch with the housekeeper and meet my husband to return his wallet. We were extremely grateful! The location of the condo is amazing and directly from beautiful Seven Seas beach. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, blankets and even had beach chairs in one of the closet we used for the beach. The pool was perfect and we all enjoyed it! We would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Communication was prompt and easy. The home exceeded our expectations as far as space. Right across the street from the beach and restaurants accessible by a short car ride. Would stay again

2024 Girls Birthday Trip

A special place to celebrate away, my special birthday with my special friends. This penthouse condo had the space, casual location, amenities, and beauty from the rooftop, to enjoy my birthday trip with my girls. The manager was available to answer any questions. We definitely would go again!

Nice Stay

The housing was nice, beds were comfy, plenty of space, deck was awesome. The kids enjoyed having a pool, and we liked the convenience to the beach. Host was very communicative and helpful. The housing immediately in front of the complex were an eyesore, and did take away from the view a bit (barbed wire fencing, etc.). Also, there is road construction currently, which took away a bit of convenience, and was noisy in the morning. Overall, we would stay here again!

Absolute Paradise

The house was not only clean, but also spacious and located in a serene environment which allowed us the needed rest and recreation. Norma and liliam are the best you can ask. The communication was seamless and prompt!! We will definitely recommend and return!!!

Spacious, well-maintained, penthouse

Our family of 7 enjoyed spending 6 nights in this conveniently located rental. The owner was very helpful and answered our questions promptly. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, the waterfront, Seven Seas Beach, boat launching and bio-luminescent bay. Grocery stores are not far away. We enjoyed TVs in each bedroom, wifi throughout the apartment, amenities are available as described in the listing.

Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment

The pictures of this apartment are very accurate. I went with 3 families and we were very comfortable. Every room had AC and the common area had one too. The location is great and the hostess very helpful and communicative. She even provided recommendations and a pamphlet with ideas and the check out process. Walking distance from the beach and Costa Mia which is an amazing restaurant. The only unfortunate thing was that there was construction on the street right in front of the property. But it was easy to get in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spacious condo that comfortably fit our family

The size of the place was bigger than we expected, and we were very happy that everyone could spread out. The rooms and beds were all comfortable and everything was clean. They were items for the beach, including chairs and umbrella, along with a cooler which really helped make great beach days. One issue we had was there is construction in front of the condo, which made it difficult to get to as there were security people turning cars away. If we knew this upfront, it would’ve been helpful. Location was great for all the activities we planned on that side of the island

Great Place, Great Stay, Great Price

This was the perfect place for our family! There were 12 of us and we never felt crowded because it was a open concept and so spacious (looked just like the pictures). It worked perfectly for us because our married children were able to have their child in the same bedroom with them because not only was there a bed but also a futon that made into a bed. Perfect! The view of the ocean from both of the balconies was beautiful and my daughters and I enjoyed having a glass of wine while visiting. We enjoyed having chairs to take with us when we went to the beach and there were plenty of beach towels for us to use! There are about 30 steps to take to get to the unit but that was never a problem or issue for our group. We appreciated that Palma Vista is a small complex and a gated community. That enabled us to book another unit for the rest of our group and we were all in the same complex. I had great communication with Norma. She answered every question I had and answered it quickly. While st;aying we went to Luquillo Beach, Old San Juan, El Yunque Rain Forest, Las Playas Natural Rock Slide, and a snorkel tour to Icacas. I would not hesitate to book with Norma again.

a taste of puerto rico

condo is large and well appointed. kitchen is large and modern (other than no dishwasher or disposal). bathrooms were all clean and functional. tile floors throughout so easy to clean and nice and quiet (no squeaky floors). bedrooms were large and all have a futon if needed. we were party of 6 and had plenty of room. tvs in most rooms, if you can figure them out... 4th br up was very private and unique. basically 2 suitable master bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms. family/dining/kitchen is open and large, plenty of room to gather and watch a game or movie. pool area is better than anticipated, very clean and inviting. 7 seas beach was a mess while we were there, but can see that it would be beautiful when cleaned up and calmer waters. still a good way to spend time with the bar/restaurant right on the beach, and costa mia just a block the other way. road was under construction and blocked from 1 direction during our stay, but that turned out to be a blessing as there was no thru traffic. we struggled to get there the first time, mostly due to not following the directions as provided by owner, but found the area is easy to navigate once you drive around a bit and we all found the traffic to be chaotic but polite and maybe preferable to usa (iowa) drivers. a couple of our favorite spots were the bakery 1/2 way back to hwy3 (on conquistador) in the am, and the Frutta chic ice cream shop on the way home in the pm... all in all our first taste of Puerto Rica was amazing and left us wanting more. if uop travel to PR from usa there is an organization called flightangels.org where you pick up a rescue dog at the airport and fly them back to the states to be adopted, please consider, my wife volunteered and i was skeptical, as we left to return home she admitted she actually signed up for 3! long story short wonderful ladies met us at the airportcheck-in and helped us navigate the process (they reimburse cost), my wife and daughters carried 3 pups onto the plane and they slept in provided soft carriers at their feet while we flew to minneapolis, then the 3 adopting families met us at baggage claim for a heartwarming 'welcome to your new home and family'. highly recommend checking out this or similar orgs. anyway, grea trip and thanks for hosting us!

Good family vacation

The beach was beautiful and just across the street. There were many places to eat in walking distance. It was also very close to the bioluminescent bay (walking distance) and within driving distance to the jungle. It took us about an hr to drive from SJU airport. The property manager responded within seconds with any concerns that I had. I think the only thing I could really complain about is that we didn’t really have “hot” water like we were used to it was a little warmer than cold lol. This didn’t feel bad after a long day in the sun though. Just preferred it when washing dishes etc. it wasn’t a huge issue so I wouldn’t even say that was a bad thing. the place was big enough for the 5 of us and the kitchen had everything you needed. They even left some basic spices, beach chairs and a cooler, with towels. They were really nice and accommodated a late departure as well. I would recommend staying here with a family. The locals were also super friendly!

Great location to brach

Communication with property manager was excellent! Location was spacious for 8 of us! Views of ocean was nice and beach across the street was convenient for photo shoots. Swimming was ok but you can walk down a little but for less rocks.beach area got very busy on the weekend so the location was excellent especially on the weekend! 2 parking spots for condo.overall we all enjoyed the location and the trip!

Great Location

Was the perfect getaway. Close to the beach but not crowded. Felt like you were able to get away from the tourism and be with the locals. Would easily stay here again. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Check in and out was super easy. Communication was always really quick.
