We invite you to stay at our home with its breathtaking views of Puerto Rico's Coastline & Rainforest - ideal for families & groups!

The house is located within a secured gated neighborhood community, known as Hacienda Margarita.

The house is perfectly situated from great adventurous attractions: a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, ATV/Four-track adventures, Go-Karts, Catamaran & Boat Tours, snorkeling, Fajardo Ferry, horseback riding, bioluminescence kayaking, Golfing Courses and much more!

The house is less than 5-10 minutes' driving distance from 2 supermarkets, Wal-Mart, Movie Theater, great restaurants, fast foods, and the famous Luquillo “Kioskos” (Food Booths)!

The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pans, plates, coffee maker, etc! As well as having the mechanical essentials including stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer!

The house has been supplied with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers! Everything you need to have a great time!

We have WIFI as well as a SmartTV that is equipped with Netflix, Hulu, etc!

Located 45 minutes from the SJU Airport and 1 hour from Old San Juan.

Guest will have access to the community pool within the gated community that is open to Hacienda Margarita Residents. The pool is just a 1-2 minute drive from the house

Guest will have access to the house via a lockbox. I am available all the time for guests, whether it's through the App or Phone/Text.

Spectacular Views, Spectacular Home

Can't imagine a more perfect home if visiting the Luquillo / Fajardo area with family or friends. The listing photos set pretty high expectations but the views completely live up to the hype. The hot tub and so many little touches by the wonderful host made for a very memorable and comfortable stay.

1st Family Trip

I originally am from Puerto Rico but it has not been my home for many years. I wanted to take a family trip to my home with my family which was the best experience in my life. This home was exactly what the photos show. The host had the AC on and ready for us when we got there. The host thinks of everything you may need during your stay which is something that many host do not consider. Communication was amazing. The view was breath taking to sit and and enjoy from the upstairs balcony to the ground floor. I would definitely go back and stay again! The home definitely made our trip special. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

Great long weekend in Luquillo Beach!

Great house for our group of 8 adults. Backyard is breathtaking - pictures completely accurate. Well stocked with plenty of linens. We did have a power issue and the owner was immediately responsive and got an electrician out within a few hours to resolve the issue. Location is perfect for multiple activities - rainforest tours, bio bay out of Fajardo and great public beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View

This home was perfect for our group of eight (four adults/four teens). There is ample seating outside and both the upper and lower decks have a beautiful view. Beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc were supplied for us-which made our time at the beach so much better. The location is perfect as you are close to the rainforest, beaches, and San Juan. The host was very responsive to a few issues that came up. Overall, we would highly recommend this home!

an excellent place to stay with a group!

our group loved our stay at this house. The location was excellent (easy drive to lots of nearly spots), and absolutely beautiful views of the ocean. Bedrooms were ample sized and the living/dining/outdoor space were ideal for lots of hanging out.

I love going to the beach, visiting the rainforest, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking at the bioluminescent bay, and reading books.
