A Beautiful Home Located Close To Beaches, Rain Forest, Golfing And Much More!
Enjoy a beautiful and spacious home located within Hacienda Paloma gated community. The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms sleeping up to 8 -10 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two rooms each have a queen sized bed and one room has two twin beds. There are TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms and a very large one in the living room. Outside, there is luxurious patio area that is fully furnished including a BBQ grill, bar area, and a large landscaped yard with forest views!

We are a military family that moved to Luquillo Puerto Rico in 2010 from Fort Rucker, Alabama. Joel Delgado Retired Army Pilot with 26 years of service. Claribel Diaz with 20 years as a family and mental health counselor. We are now living in Orlando, Florida with our 17 year old daughter and 15 year old son to pursue their dreams in education and sports opportunities. We love our Puerto Rico home and decided to offer it as a vacation rental.

We bought this house as it's only 30 minutes from the International Airport, close to the beach, rain forest, endless amenities such a Vieques and Culebras Island where they have one of the top ten beautiful beaches in the world. It's centrally located next to local puertorican food, restaurants, golfing, and all the touristic zone areas!
What makes this property unique
This house has 2800 sq.ft inside and 1200 sq.ft outside space providing lots of space and privacy. There is a community basketball court, swimming pool, gazebo, and club house with a gym right next door. In addition, it has privet security for guest safety and a electrical generator in case of black outs.
