About this property

Perfect South End Beach Cottage. Newly renovated in 2020 our home is a 5 minute walk to the 5th Street public beach access and less than a mile to the Village that includes the pier, lighthouse, and numerous shops and restaurants.

The house is also nestled in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Neatly decorated, we provide linens, towels, beach chairs, and low key vibe that makes this a home you want to keep visiting. Fenced in backyard for your pets and we recently screened in the carport area as well!

You can walk everywhere and the beach access is one of the few on St. Simons Island Island that always has a sandy beach at high tide!

Notes: 55" Smart TV with high speed WIFI. Easily connect your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu or other streaming app. WE DO NOTE HAVE CABLE! We think you should be outside and not watching TV:) No Added Pet or Cleaning Fees!

Very accommodating host

We booked last minute on Easter weekend. Jacob was easy to communicate with, very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early even though the property had been occupied the day before.

Perfect Property for Traveling with Pets

Enjoyed every minute of our stay exploring the island on foot (so much within walking distance including the beach) and bringing our two dogs to join us. The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated and perfect for pets with a fenced in back yard. Loved it. We will be back.

Perfect location

My BF and I stayed here with our 2 dogs. Location was tucked back in off a dead end road. Very quiet. Short walk to the beach. House and yard were bigger than expected and nicer than the pictures. Jacob was awesome. Quickly responded and gave great recommendations. Don’t hesitate to book this gem!!

A Great two-week stay!

The location was just right, a 7 minute walk to the beach and a five minute car ride to the "commercial" district, with lots of interesting and useful stores. The owner was great - he was easy to communicate with and answered our few questions quickly and completely. He provided lots of information about the house and the area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is great for four adults and you can throw in a couple of kids. We had a dog and the back yard was fully fenced in. We would stay there again if our path took us to St. Simons!

Great weekender!

We were in town for my daughters gymnastics competition and this could not have been a better fit for my crew. There was plenty of room for all who came with us, we were walking distance to the beach, breakfast, and the lighthouse! Our dog also enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in back yard.
